I did a post on my Instagram the other day all about dis-ease in the body and got a lot of feed back from it. So I am here to shed more light on it and help you rid any dis-ease from the body.
We have all had those things in our life that either keep coming up or we wonder why the heck it has happened to us… This just might shed some light. Please be prepared to have a very opened mind.
You can heal your life. Louise Hay
I was going to try and summarise the book. But wow where do I start.
Firstly, Louise Hay is a metaphysical lecture and has written many self help books and sold millions.
The book is about diving deep into the unease in the body to re-wire the mind to rid the body of these dis-eases.
Here are some of Louise’s philosophy from the book.
– We are responsible for all of our experiences.
– Every thought we think is creating our future.
– Everyone suffers from self-hatred and guilt.
– The bottom line for everyone is, “I’m not good enough”.
– It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
– We create every so-called illness in our body.
– Resentment, criticism, and guilt are the most damaging patterns.
– Releasing resentment will dissolve even cancer,
– We must release the past and forgive everyone.
– We must be willing to begin to learn to love ourselves.
– When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works.
Re-wiring your thoughts
Louise says that there are two main mental patterns that contribute to dis-ease; fear and anger.
Anger can show up as impatience, irritation, frustration, criticism, resentment, jealousy and bitterness.
Fear can show up as tension, anxiety, nervousness, worry, doubt, insecurities, feeling not good enough or unworthiness.
When we release the burden all the organs can function properly. Ensuring a body that doesn’t create dis-ease.
She has listed many dis-eases alongside a possible cause and a new thought pattern to re-wire the programming.
Your thoughts create things. What you think about, you bring about.
A lot of people think that life happens to them, but really – we truely create our life. It’s something to think about if that is all new for you. If there are things in your life right now that you don’t enjoy. Whether it be your job, a friend, a person, a situation – you have created it. Yes some very crazy and unfortunate events occur but this is mother nature – creating lessons. So if there is something that you really don’t like in your life – know that if you created it to have it, you can do the exact opposite to remove it.
You have the power to bring in the things that you truely want. You’re able to release the things that you don’t want.
The List
I’m going to write a few things that I think might be common dis-eases, followed by the probably cause and finally new thought pattern.
Abdominal Cramps: Fear. Stopping the process. I trust the process of life. I am safe.
Ankles: Inflexibility and guilt. Ankles represent the ability to receive pleasure. I deserve to rejoice in life. I accept all the pleasure life has to offer.
Anxiety: Not trusting the flow and the process of life. I love and approve of myself and trust the process of life. I am safe.
Eyes: Represents the capacity to see clearly – past, present and future. I see with love and joy.
Food poisoning: Allowing others to take control. Feeling defenseless. I have the strength, power, and skill to digest what ever comes my way.
Headaches: Invalidating the self. Self-criticism. Fear. I love and approve of myself. I see myself and what I do with eyes of love. I am safe.
There are so many to list, literally pages and pages. But you will have to get the book. Or find a blog post on it here. It’s such an incredible and mind expanding book. It really drills in the power of our thoughts and creating our life.
"I see my pattern, and I choose to make changes"
Louise Hay
All of this personal growth can be really hard. It can be really lonely sometimes too. So if you need some guidance so let me know. You’re never alone.
Also, know that you are exactly where you are meant to be. You aren’t behind and there’s nothing ‘wrong’ with you.
This work isn’t a quick fix. It’s a continuous journey too. It will keep going. You will get better at managing it all.
Until next week,
Love + Peace
