We start by learning the foundations of meditation, our breath and understanding what’s really happening in the brain and body during meditation.
Week 2: Breath & Energy – The Bridge Within
Together we learn to use our breath to shift your nervous system, regulate emotions, and start tuning into your subtle energy.
Week 3: Pranayama – Breathing for Transformation
Learn ancient breath practices to calm, energise, and balance your system (and when to use each one).
Week 4: Ayurveda – Know Thy Body
Understand your unique mind-body type (dosha) and how to live in alignment with your natural rhythm.
Week 5: Intuition & Inner Wisdom
Strengthen your inner guidance, tune out the mental noise, and trust the voice within.
Week 6: Embodiment – Living Meditation
Learn how to bring everything you’ve discovered into your life so you can walk in calm, clarity, and alignment every day.

Why I Created This Course
I found meditation at a young age when I was overwhelmed by a busy mind and emotional intensity that didn’t know how to handle.
Meditation became my safe space. My anchor. My guide. Even when I didn’t truely understand it yet.
It helped me shift my anger into clarity, and my chaos into calm.
