When you’re in private coaching with me, it’s like having your coach in your pocket (on your phone). I am here to support you with what you’re currently going through. I am here to call your forward with love and kindness.

What the 12 week looks like
The 12 Weeks together is completely customised for you and your goals.
There are no two programs that are identical.
Here are the topics we move through to help you grow, evolve & become healthier and happier than ever.
Phase One: Awareness & Foundations.
Become aware of where you are standing in your own way and release what isn’t serving you. We learn the foundations of a thriving body and we get really good at them.
Phase Two: Reconnect to Self & Self Talk.
Coming back to you and what you truely want. Becoming aware of your thoughts about your body and yourself & realigning to a higher version. Start to cultivate a true loving connection to self (yes, it is possible).
Phase Three: Your Body Is A Temple.
We work out what movement feels good for you and we do that over and over again. We build a really strong movement practice (yoga and workouts) and start to really understand what you body needs.
Phase Four: Soul & Progression.
We start to understand what your soul needs, this moves more into the direction how you feel day to day in your life. We awaken your inner wisdom (that is already there) and start to listen to our intuition for guidance.
Phase Five: Integration & Embodiment.
Embody the new you. It’s easy while you’re in the coaching container, it’s another thing to maintain once you’re out (unless you join again which i would love). We notice what takes you off path and we create fall proof rituals that get you back on track.
