you are already enough

Save this friendly reminder for when your self worth needs a kick up the butt.

Read it either out loud or in your mind + feel into the feelings. Also feel free to write your own daily reminder for the things that you’re releasing, attracting and moving through.

you are already enough

I am already perfect.
I am worthy of everything I want and desire, even all of the small details.
I am not broken.
There is nothing wrong with me.
I can have everything I want.
I am worthy of the life I am creating.
I am the perfect weight, size and height.
I am successful in what I am creating.
I am able to create the life I want.
I am perfect with everything I have.
I love myself and everything that I am.
I am perfectly imperfect and that is unique in this world.

Self worth is something we must work on while growing up in a world where society leads us to believe that we need all these things to be perfect. If you’re like me, you put a lot of pressure on yourself. For all types of things. This is my friendly reminder that I am perfect right here, doing everything that I am doing and creating. This is your friendly reminder to take on how ever you feel called. I just want you all to feel well, happy and content here today.

If you feel called send and share this with someone to let them know that they are doing great.

Keep doing you, shining bright and living your purpose.

Sending lots of love

I think this is such an important topic. Especially with the different versions of ourselves we put online, it’s so easy to become overwhelmed and self-critial. Thank you for sharing such a positive post! 🙂

Thanks Caitlin, it is crazy the difference in life online and life in reality. It’s super easy to get self critical and something to always keep one finger on the pulse to continually check in 🙂 Hope your having a fab day and the UK weather isn’t too crazy today!
